Mr. Francesco Fratini
Francesco Fratini is a founding partner of the law and tax firm “Fratini & Partners”. He holds a PhD in Tax Procedural Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pisa. He has been a member of the Bar since 2001. He has been a lecturer in Tax Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Perugia; coordinated the “Master of Tax Law in Corporate and International Taxation” organized by the Revenue Agency and the University of Perugia; he directed the “Center for Higher Studies on Taxation” (CSSF) of the University of Perugia; He teaches several courses organized by the Higher School of Economy and Finance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as well as by the Tax Police School of the Guardia di Finanza and by the Inspectors and Superintendents of the Guardia di Finanza (Non-commissioned Officers School). He has also been a consultant to the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the Department for Tax Policies and to the company SOGEI. He has carried out consultancy assignments in the tax area at the DG Tax UD of the European Commission. He is a member of the VEG of the DG Tax UD at the European Commission. He is legal and tax advisor to important European trade associations. He has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at joint stock companies.
